You can get an international credit card from First Caribbean Bank or you can use an international courier to ship the item(s) as well as use their in-house credit card to purchase the items , for a fee of course.

Get a visa or mastercard credit or debit card and then do your shopping. You can get a mailpac account to ship your things to miami and they'll clear it and bring it in for you.
