milk of any sort is not good to have while any one is sick the best thing to give to him right now is pedilyte if he is still little dilute it with water itll help him stay hydrated but dont give him any diary right now it will only make it worse good luck its worse haveing a sick child then you being sick your self

My doctor always told me for my son, that dairy byproducts are ok, yogurt, cheese, things like that but too much dairy isn't good for there little belly's to digest.
A good thing to try would be the pediatric electrolyte stuff, like pediacare, but it's really expensive, but I know Rite Aid has there brand that was reasonably priced, my son got diarrhea and threw up around 7 months, and that worked for him. Hope this helps.

I think you're supposed to use Pedia-Lite (that's what it's called in Canada - not sure about other places). No powdered milk or juice.

Wait a second. If your child is under a year, that means NO MILK. Formula, yes.....MILK that you and I drink...NO.

powder milk is still dairy products, so i suggest giving him Sprite or 7UP in a bottle or Pedialyte if you have any near. Hope he gets better, and congratulations on the baby!!
