Don't you think that when Judy was in MGM they pushed her too hard? Also, don't you think that it was stupid she had trouble getting movie parts later in her life.

In those days the studios that (owned) the stars didn't have any regulations to rule what they could/could not do to the stars. Yes, I know of a time when she was in a parade after she wasn't allowed to eat the dinner provided by the towns people. She was practically starved. Same goes for Little Shirley Temple. well she was a hit star!! most celebrities are pushed too far by the public and the media!! i mean look at how nicole Richie turned out!! and judy garland had a really bad drug problem i think!! that's probably why it was hard for her to get movies later on in her career!

Sadly I think Judy was the one that pushed herself way to hard. And yes it wasn't fair how she was treated later in life. So sad such a gifted lady.
