Drinking more water is the most important. The best product on the market (in my opinion) is called "Aquaphor" , it's a Eucerin product and it's gentle enough to use on babies. Use sunscreens in the summer and protect your skin in the harsh elements. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using other chemicals can be very hard on the body as well as the skin. I've added baby oil to my bath water, which can also help, but it tends to leave residue on the tub.

attempt exfoliating he's total body with a washer each and each and every bathtub or bathe, bathe will be purely right to somewhat wash the useless pores and skin off particularly then purely soaking in it and then attempt Emu Oil. it ought to nicely be utilized over the entire body and is astounding for this manner of excellent type of issues. Google it to be certain the position it ought to nicely be offered locally or examine on Ebay. good luck.
