He choked my sis, threw his 4 month old daughter and broke my sisters Glasses, cell phone and part of her car. I should of already done something. His sister was scoulding my sister telling her "I don't know what to say to you jenny." My sister is so depressed. Should I surprise him and beat him up at work or at his house? I can't let it go. She called the cops but since there we're no bruises, They didn't do anything. I've never been in a fight in my life and I have some "Steam" I wanna let out. What should I do?????

Dont go beat him up, that will make things worse. The cops should do something about it, go to a lawyer get a restraining order against the guy. Talk to childrens aids, tell them about the baby. This is the kind of problem police should be taking care of too, they think domestic violence is nothing instead worry about what guys are out their selling drugs when these kinds of issues are way more important. But dont get you're self into trouble. Consult someone. Good luck with everything

LA: There are a lot of loose "canons" out there who shouldn't be with a girl ... never mind married ! This brother-in-law of yours needs someone to take him out back (where no one can see) and be taught a lesson in female relationships 101 !!! Any man who hits a girl is a loser, coward and a real creep! These are the kind of guys who would help out the Terrorists of 9-11 if given the chance ! Tell your sister to leave this jerk before he does permanent physical damage to either, her or her 4 mo. old child (your niece). Tell your sis to have someone take pics right after he beats her. There WILL be evidence that she's been hit. Tell her to keep a file of everything he does to her. Then when she has enough evidence, take the file into the local pd. Then while they're working on that, you go over to her house, and get all hers and the baby's stuff and get her the hell outa there!!
I wouldn't beat on him. You're only going to make things worse for her, and get yourself into trouble. You land in jail, who's going to be there for your sister? Who else is going to protect her??
My sister was in an abusive relationship. When he pinned her on the ground and tried to beat her, their son walked in and saw. That's when she got the upper hand, when he was distracted. She called my mom and we went and got some stuff for a few days, then went back and got the rest of her stuff.
Have her take a self defense class, and tell her not to use anything untill she knows she can whoop his @$$!!! Then when she does, I'll bet he won't touch her again!!

DO NOT get yourself into trouble! You wanting to beat him up is natural but after you beat him up comes the aftermath of countless legal headaches, your sister needs to leave her man and take her daughter with her. Domestic violence comes in all forms and her sister-in-law has no business scoulding a married woman. Just remember, rage can lead to a life time of regret.

I would do it . The best thing is to not go to his work. There will be alot of hassle about it and the cops will take his side on it. So just show up at the house. Don't act like your going to do something to him, He might catch on to it. So just go over like nothing is wrong, But since you have never been in a fight before you are going to have to sneek it in on him.
