There is this guy at school and he told me that we were friends but when i text him he doesnt talk me. What should I do? And i like this guy and he knows that i like him.

Try not to worry. Easier said than done, right? Remember that being a teenager is hard, but it's only a short stint in life. If he doesn't talk to you, forget him. The sooner you move on, the happier you'll be. Also, he might just like you. Maybe he just doesn't know how to act. Wait a while. You can do it!

well, maybe there is a spot empty between you two, like you can't just be friends with a guy he's even knows that you like him.
so if you like this guy for sure then maybe he likes you that why he won't talk to you, he maybe alittle bit shy. i think you will find the answer soon on your own

Mabey he doesn't do txt messages or doesn't know how to retrieve them. There are many reasons that this could happen. I would not worry about it and guys like it when you actually call them, just FYI.
