Is the XBOX 360 core the same thing as the regular Xbox 360?

Question

Knowing that the Core system comes with a wired controller and few other things, is it still the same thing such as graphics and setup?

Yes the graphics are the same and it all plugs in the same way. But there are some features you won't have access to without a hard drive, which the Core system doesn't have.

Technically,they are both the same console.However,such thing included in the Premium Xbox 360 package that you won't see in the Xbox 360 Core System package.In the core system,the controlled is wired,instead of wireless.Another key thing is the core package has a composite AV cable for a connection to a TV instead of a component AV cable for HDTVs.The premium package does have more Xbox Live features,but a core system will have a Ethernet Cable so you won't be left out on Xbox Live.The one difference between the two types of Xbox 360 packages is design.The Premium package will have a chrome finish on the console.This won't effect the console in anyway,but expect to still be able to do what Xbox 360 normally does.

Xbox 360 Core System lets you play Xbox 360 games, enjoy all of the media features, and expand the the experience at your own pace, but does not come with wireless controller or hard drive. You still have to get the hard drive to play online. (I know, it sucks.)

The major difference is that the core has less memory than the regular 360. You have to purchase the hard drive package to play XBOX live.

the xbox 360 center has no difficult force and it does not contain hd cables. i purchased a center and then offered a hd and hd cables. its a useless ringer for the right fee version minus the chrome. save in options i payed one hundred money a lot less that the right fee.
