If by that, you mean do they make good breadwinners? Often, yeah. The real question is do fathers make good mothers, in terms of caring, compassion and training the children in the way they should go? Not nearly as often. Mothers should be fathers only if there's no father available, because they are needed much more as mothers (for which fathers are thoroughly unqualified).
