There are alot of them. If you don't want a fast ride just stay off of the Matterhorn, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, and the roller coaster in Toon Town. Other than that most of the rides are tame but wonderful. I was there this weekend, it's beautiful for the Christmas season.

I personally love: Small World, Buzz Lightyear, Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Carribean, Haunted Mansion, etc.
You can go to Disneyland.com and see a list of the more "mild" type of rides there.

Splash Mountain and The Haunted Mansion have always been my favorite. As a kid I always loved Pirates of the Carribean, but the last time I went, which was last year, it wasn't that much fun. I guess since they revamped it to include the movie characters it should be fun again.

The busiest one right now BY FAR is the "Finding Nemo" ride.. it will have a line from when they open until they close. This ride used to be that lousy submarine ride, but they remodeled it, and now people can't seem to get enough of it.

Star Tours
It's a motion simulator, it moves but doesn't really go anywhere, though it gives the impression/feeling that it does.
