Take the S12 from Hennef to Koeln. Then take the Thalys to Paris. The Thalys takes less than 4 hrs from Koeln to Paris. Your total trip would be under 5 hours.

You can get there a little faster by exiting the S12 at Bonn and transferring to the ICE that runs from Bonn to Koeln, but I believe one change is better than two.
