Check to see if your work has a web portal.
Or, check to see if they have set up VPN (virtual private network) access so you could VPN in and then use the computer on your desk (via RDC [remote desktop connection]) and check your emails.

get the mail server address..
case if you use outlook in office and wanna check in home..
get the mail server address and then
go to your browswer.. give the mail server address.
then loging with your account id name@domain name.com
and passworld
you can start checking your mail
