Instead of going down to his level, why don't you just install a firewall like Zonealarm? But, honestly, I really doubt he is hacking into your computer. I think he is using a Windows feature called remote desktop. This allows you to log into another person's computer remotely and you can see their desktop and access anything.

1) Right-click your My Computer.
2) Click on Properties.
3) Go to the Remote tab.
4) Uncheck both checkboxes.
5) Click Apply.

You have just disabled remote access. If he can still access your computer, then go and buy a firewall.

I don't think any of us are willing to teach someone how to hack into someone's computer. It's illegal and dangerous. It's like giving a little kid a real gun. Power corrupts!!!
