I am not pregnant, but I have been weeing about every ten minutes and it is really driving me up the wall. I have just suddenly started weeing so frequently and the slightest bump, sneeze or laugh starts a waterfall. If you know what I mean. My boyfriend can't have sex with me because of it and it's making me miserable. I've been to several doctors and they say it's nothing. It's happened so suddenly and I'm only 19! Any ideas how I can stop the constant weeing?

How much fluid do you take in? Constant thurst and urination are signs of diabetes. It could a urinary tract infection or even overactive bladder. Go back to the doctor and demand tests.

I would visit a urologist. Skip the general practitioners. Its obviously something your doc isn't familiar with.
Could be UTI, could be thyroid, could be something else. You might try some kegal exercises. That is where you flex the muscle that stops your pee. You flex it and release 10 times and then hold the last one for 10 seconds. Try to do this 10 times daily when you're just sitting down. That might help, but I don't know. This sounds like you feel this came on suddenly...and that seems more like there might be some physical condition. Good luck. I hope you find a solution.

2.Try to bread long and Deep breathing at least every ten minutes.

It depends what colour your wee is. If it's a light yellow or clear, then you are nicely hydrated but if it is a dark yellow then something has got to be wrong. Have you felt a burning sensation when you go to do wees?

I went through that even wit my boyfriend too.
It's funny cause I went through the exact same thing.... same age, doctors and everything else.
I reall just didn't drink as many liquids and esp. at night, and went to the restroom when I first felt the urge.
And it just went away by it's self
It comes and goes but mostly goes so just try different things and see how they work, can't hurt anything.

consult a doctor. It may be UTI or a diabetic problem or some involuntary loss of muscle tone in the urinary bladder.

you are having the disease urinary incontinence, i think. drink normal amount of water. consult a urologist. that will be the best thing. also now there are many methods like vaginal tape treatment which is less expensive and consuming less time.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Maybe you ought to see another doctor, because it's not "nothing".
