There's this pic that I LOVE on the internet of a dark anime angel. I've seen other pics of her, too. My cousin said she's seen her in a manga. Here's the pic. If anyone can tell me who this character is, what manga she's in, the storyline of the manga and where I can get it, thanks! It is from 'Le Portrait de Petit Cossette' it was a manga that had a special and OAV series based on it. Several artists have created art based on the series.
