This is a really good question. In some ways, yes, and in some no. I do want my children to be faithful in friendships like me, and to be a very honest person like me, but I do not want them to be insecure with themselves like I am, nor do I want them to allow people to treat them like a door mat, like I do. Wow, this question really made me think. thanks!

I rather not. I may want them to have some of my physical features but when it comes to their personalities and interests I wouldn't really want them to be like me. I don't mind if we share some interests but I don't want a carbon copy of myself. I would want my children to be unique and view the world in their perspective not mine.

I thought so when she was born and when she was a small child, and she never even came close and I hated her for it.
Then I realized I wouldn't wish me on anyone, so more power to her...she won't have my hangups, she'll have her own.
And if she hates me, it will be for different reasons than why I hate mine.

As far as being moral, I'd like them to be. I'd want them to take the best of me, and improve on the other part.

If I had kids, I would not want them to be like me. I would not want them to go through the things that I go through, phsically and (especially) emotionally.
