I say the Grizzlies. They are very underachieving. Without Gasol they are nothing, especially in that Western Conference. With the Sixers and Bobcats they still have some life left because the East is significantly weaker than the West.
Plus, as of today, these are the records:
Grizzlies- 5-17
Sixers- 5-16
Bobcats- 6-16
Stats even prove the Grizzlies are the worst.

Top3- a million. New Orleans Hornets ( one 3 hundred and sixty 5 days older and James Posey) 2. Cleveland Cavaliers - have a competent pg now in Mo Williams and a competent no.2 scorer. JJ Hickson their draft %. is rather superb and if Boobie can stay healthful this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and knock down 3's, look out!!! 3. Houston Rockets( including artest became huge for them) Worst 3- a million.Washington Wizards- they lost Jamison and Arenas already and the season hasnt even began. I relax my case. 2.Toronto Raptors-lost Bosh AND Nesterovic. Uh-oh.....nasty branch beatdowns, anyone?yet whaddya assume for a team from Canada? 3.Denver Nuggets- something of this branch more desirable too plenty for those adult males to stand pat like they have. i admire 'em, yet they're goin nowhere this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. and finally, mark b is thoroughly ignorant. As a actual Cavaliers fan, i'm incredibly lookin forward to this season and that i think of we can finally win the branch ( something we've not performed in years, if ever). thank you, i'm going to be right here all week.

Easily the 76ers. They started the season 3-0, great. Since then in the last 19 games they have only won twice! Currently they are on a 10 game losing streak and are going to get slaughtered by the Spurs on Sat.
