No. Even manufacturers of the keyboards do not offer the buttons for sale.

The reasons should be obvious: a keyboard is $50-$100 and a button is... a dime?

Do you happen to have all the PIECES to the button? if so, with a bit of elbow grease and patience you (or someone so inclined) can take care of it.

If you don't have all the pieces, the best bet is checking with local repair shops. Not major chains, but little shops. They often keep old bad keyboards around for specifically this reason. It might so happen they have a keyboard from your model computer, or same design key and key-housing. $10-$25 is reasonable here, as replacement otherwise is going to be $50-$100 to replace the whole thing.

As for manufacturer replacements, broken key is going to be a clear-cut case of "out of warranty" thing, due to "abuse" or "neglegence". You said "new" though, if it's very new, if you call right away I bet they'll replace it, even if the key is missing, if you plead your case ;) Never hurts to try, even if it's not new-new.
