the short answer: 4) 12000/x

the long answer: if you need to do something like this again you can look at the units. the question was basically "what is the average $$$/bushel". you have two variables, the 12000 check ($$$) and the x amount of bushels. so you can just make the units match up (as in you want to relate your two variables to get the correct units), so you can easily see that you have to divide the check sum ($$$) by the x number of bushels (bushel)
