GoodWill, Salvation Army, local church bazaar or any other thrift store.

If you want a new dress, then go to a discount mall or such. You might be able to find a dress in your size. Or you might be able to find a dress a couple of sizes too large for $20, and then have a tailor/seamstress take it in for you.

You might also know someone who has a bridesmaids dress that they're willing to part with.

this is going to sound type of peculiar, yet attempt a thrift keep. heavily. There are extremely some focusing on formal placed on (some actually have wedding ceremony dresses). they are all fairly fantastic, new dresses, because once you imagine about it, they were actually worn for one evening. I were given a outstanding burgandy dress very last 365 days (extremely worn) for only $30 very last 365 days. I strongly propose searching for those forms of thrift shops on your section. desire this helped <3

Try a consignment shop. A lot of people will bring their used dresses there. Check your local yellow pages for 'gently used' clothing.

Goodwill is also a good place to check out. Wealthy people just get rid of clothing, and you would be suprised at what you will find.

Good luck and have fun!

You can often find them on sale but your best bet is ask your friends i will not ware one more than once and let my friends use mine all the time and its free!you will look stunning in the most expensive or free dress just as long as it feels right. But if you are like me and always want new ones you can get nice short ones at black house white market Dillard's and don't be afraid to look at sale racks you will be surprised at what you will find!!!!!!!
