An eagle, a lion or a meerkat. An eagle because flying like eagles do must be awesome, a lion because lions rule the land and are in general well balanced, and a meerkat for their fun and coherent social organization. =)

I would not want to come back as an animal again. According to The Vedic Knowledge if one makes it to the human form of life that means they have passed through 8400,000 species of life. The human form is the only form which one has the intelligence to question ones existence and relationship with God, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. Even an atheist is questioning but a dog can not. If one missuses their human form of life and does not make any spiritual advancement then in their next life they can regress to animal life or lower. Animals eat sleep mate and defend and so do we but we can go beyond this world of illusion(Maya) and go to the eternal abode.

I would come back as a bird. I always look up at the sky, watch the clouds go by, and look at the birds flying. I love it how they seem so free and unbound to the ground. I'd just love to try flying with wings. If I felt trapped or overwhelmed, I could always take off into the sky. Plus my zodiac is a bird :D (rooster). And I love a bird's chirp, and how they sing, cuz i love to sing.

A house cat. My cats sleep for about 18 hours a day, play for about 2, then stalk the dogs, and eat for the rest of the time. It seems to be a nice easy life.

Um... A LION! I'm a Leo, and lions kick @$$. They sleep 20 hours a day while their hos go out and wrestle down dinner! Then they eat and mate for the four hours they are awake! SIGN ME UP!!! No, lol, j/k they have a very hard, short-lived, violent life spent fighting with other male lions. Ouch!

A well loved, well fed, well cared for, healthy, indoor/outdoor family dog, with a large piece of fenced in land which has no stickers or thorny plants on it, and I would want a few other friendly dogs to play with.
That is actually the highest incarnation in Buddhism. (jk, jk)

Some sort of very peaceful herbivore, like a duck or a deer. But preferably something that isn't hunted.

I would come back as a cat because cats can take care of themselves and cats have always been loved and taken everywhere throughout history cats are also my favourite pets.

A dolphin, just to get a chance to kill a shark. Maybe a Bald Eagle... but these are still less desirable life-styles.... I hate eating fish much less raw live fish.... yuck....

I would come back as a dolphine because I love the water and its my favorite sea creature because they are so cute and sweet.
