the more acting you do the more comfortable you will be. Or you can use your uncomfort in your acting. channel it into your character

Read the book Act Now! by Peter Jazwinski... try the acting exercises he suggests. They might help a bit.

honestly. An performing classification is so as that it's going to get to attraction to close human beings because, nicely, actors are somewhat outgoing, social human beings. it would easily help you with social skills, and it would probable boost your self belief besides (:

take rejection. i know it sounds weird ,but when you take someones opinion you learn what and what NOT to do next time.
Just keep faith that you can do it .do what ever it takes to play the part. people always say "Practice makes perfect" but it acually is " Perfect practice makes perfect".
the reason is if you practice what is wrong then you will never get it right.
