I am 21 yrs. old. I weigh 97lbs. I have never gone over 100lbs except when I had my daughter. I hate the way I look, unfortunately cameras dont add 10lbs. I want to be heavier and look healthier. People sometimes make mean comments about me being anorexic. I eat alot but it goes no where. What can I do?

Don't listen to those mean people. Some people are naturally rail thin, some are naturally overweight. If your doctor says you're healthy, then you are. You WILL gain weight as you age and your metabolism slows down, and if you start out thin you won't be hugely fat by the time you're 60.

You should probably go to a doctor....they could put you on some pills. But if you want to go the natural way, just eat fruit ,veggies..the normal healthy stuff. Continue doing that and you'll probably gain a few pounds.

I think what you should do is after eating breakfast lunch and dinner have a lot of dessert until your full. But if none of the ideas of what you should do, than go to a doctor asks him whats wrong and how come you wont gain weight.

my sister in law has a problem with keeping weight on too.
She eats and eats and seems like as soon as she starts doing anything like exercise, it starts to fall off. But she also states that if you drink them health shakes with vitamins and extra calories it does help to keep it on. You can also see a doctor about putting you on a diet to gain weight. I have the opisite problem, but now understand that getting called names for being underweight is just as cruel and being over weight. Good luck honey.

Hey Honey, My name is Tatem.
If you go to your local GNC and ask about thier weight gain suppliments I'm sure they can help you find something that fits your needs, they have plenty of weight gain powder, nutrition bars, and drinks, they work very well!! (And arent too expensive)
Also you can try eating more protien, and carbs, but keep it healthy, dont try to gain weight on junk food, it wont work, and its sooooooooo unhealthy.

Good luck sweetheart!!
