try a citi trends or some but under 20 bucks might not be happening its christmas season that means every body is rushing to get gifts and stores are jacking up prices

Gordmans is my store, i love shopping there. They have the cutest clothes all mostly under 20 dollars. Im not a big spender so thats why i love gordmans. Good luck

wet seal has really cute, affordable clothes. aeropostale has a ton of great sales. vanity has cute shirts. DEB if there's one near you.
