MONSTER Kody Scott - Contact an author?

I've just read MONSTER, by Kody Scott, now known as Sanyika Shakur. I would really love to be able to send this guy some fan mail, but I can't find his address or any means of contacting him. Any help out there? Suggestions? I've exhausted many search engines as well as many key words/phrases. Please help.

Check the website of his publisher. They usually give an address in their FAQs that tells you how to send a letter to one of their authors.
