Who would say hell? The only people that are going to hell are those that don't believe or those that have turned their back on God. If they don't believe, they can't say they'd rather go to hell because by admitting belief in Hell, they'd have to admit their was a Heaven; and, by proxy, a God.
Those that have turned their back on God take a similar stance that they once believed but now don't believe in the scripture, so they couldn't actually desire to go to Hell, since they - much like those that never believed, could not accept Hell without God.

I'd rather spend time going nowhere and being stuck on Earth as a ghost, haunting people. But if I had to choose, Heaven. I do not do hotness and fire and stuff.

Heaven has always seemed a little boring to me.
