Who do I contact to lodge a complaint about the way a situation was handled at my local (Cairo,NY) pharmacy. Thanks. BKF

Go to the web site and write an e-mail.... or call the Better Business Bureau. Speak to the store manager that has his/her name posted at the door. Speak to the pharmacist the has his or her name posted as well. Web site is best because it will reach the parent company.

depends on the complaint... if there was something done involving malpractice by the pharmacist or a tech, probably the new york board of pharmacy. if youre just pissed off a cashier was a little snobby id just call the manager or email corporate or something
