As with the other answers you have received already, the uterine lining can shed off in thick clumps or clots. It all depends on how your body is shedding. Don't be overly alarmed. I would think that this is more of a hormonal problem. As you have the ovarian problem as well. That is most likely a hormonal problem as well. The ovaries respond to hormonal changes and so does the uterine lining.
Your period sheds off due the the level of hormones in your body and when those levels change, different changes occur in your body. That's why your period changes from light to heavy back to light again.
Maybe it might help if you talk to your doctor about controlling your hormone levels with birth control pills. Talk to your mom about that and discuss it with your doctor.
It has helped many young girls with cramps, heavy flow and irregular periods. Think about it. Birth control isn't a free pass to go have sex, but it can aid you in making your life with your menstrual flow, a whole lot easier.

ok hun i have polycycstic ovarian disease.. ur not dying.. ur not even remotely sick... first tell ur mom it's not tissue from a cyst... the cyst mainly grows on the inside of ur ovarie but as it matures it starts to grow on the outside of ur ovarie (it kinda migrates outside of the small ovarie so it has room to grow) when it ruptures it is outside the ovarie the fluid then is absorbed by your body ( u then get rid of it through urination), no fleshy tissue can get into ur uterus from outside of it.. the fleshy chunky things are more than likely clots of blood... when u have pcod or pcos u tend to clot more, ur doc should have put u on the pill to regulate u and help get your cycle started, next time you go to the endocrinologist or ur ob tell them that ur clotting a bit and they may say that that is normal or they may change the pill on u or if ur not on the pill check with the doc to get put on the pill.. i was one of the first people to ever get diagnosed at 14 so i have been through a ton of this stuff so if u have any other questions let me know

Your period is the lining of your uterus which has thickened and prepared for the implantation of an egg. When there is no fertilized egg, it simply comes out as your period, and sometimes it can be larger pieces, clots, that are just the tissue that didn't entirely liquify. If you are really concerned, then see a doctor, but most women experience this once in a while.

I agree with your other answers. The cysts on your ovaries have nothing to do with this. Don't let it worry you, as this is normal. You'll be ok. If you really get concerned, then the best thing is so see a doctor, but I'm sure they'll tell you the same thing. Best of luck to you..........

It is flesh. When you have your period, the lining of your uterus sheds. It's perfectly normal. Sometimes the chunks mix in with the blood cause they're so small, sometimes they're HUGE clumps. Don't worry about it.

good, on account that you refuse to visit the surgeon, the one factor you'll do is wait it out. It will heal ultimately... to curb the edge while you pee, take a look at ingesting plenty of water. this may increasingly water the urine down and make it rather less painful. If the reduce is at the outer subject of your vag, positioned slightly neosporin on. That would aid.

these lumps are large bits of the vaginal walls sheding, thats all! no need to worry, every so often you will notice irregular peiods that seem heavier and darker, this is only old blood. this is the only way the body clenses itself, dont be afraid that it is odd colored at times. general rule of thumb is that with heavier period you will also notice more cramping and discomfot, more than normal! good luck

Trust your mom cyst tend to burst on their own to cause bleeding. Sometimes you have to have them surgically remove if they don't burst on their own.
