Nope. There is an old saying that champions always have to have a little luck on their side. Remeber the 1996 team. After they lost the FSU game everyone wrote them off. Then they won the SEC title game and the number two team lost (I believe it was Kansas State) and they got a rematch with FSU for the title.

I'm not insulted by it. It's a compliment! It's like saying that the Gators are resourceful, bright, hard-working and over-achieving. Since when is that an insult?
Mostly hearing that from people who are jealous because they couldn't win their conference and make it to the big game.
Or who are still smarting from the FINAL FOUR, BABY!

I suppose If I was a gator fan I would take that as a compliment though.... As mentioned above it speaks of resource and hard work, but then again, I'm not a gator fan and I would think of that implying them all cheating to win.
