Anything with mint....peppermint bark and peppermint stick ice cream especially. I also make a mean coconut flavored bread pudding that has converted many bread pudding haters to my side.

A treat that I can no longer find---Ice cream snowballs---a ball of vanilla ice cream rolled in shredded cocoanut, topped with a red petal and green leaf in icing, with a small candle sticking up.
I do make a family favorite cookie every year--Cherry Winks--you can find recipes for them all over the Net.

I love making cookies with royal icing. Fudge and peanut butter balls.
A ginger bread house too. Those are fun!

My mom makes these Pecan Crescents that are so good...they melt in your mouth and you can't stop eating them until they are gone...
Also Pralines, Martha Washington Balls, and Divinity...we usually make all of them for Christmas gifts....
