I don't specifically know otherwise, so I can't say definitely not. But I have a strong feeling it doesn't, I can't think of any reason why it would. But then again, honey does have some interesting properties (did you know they found some honey in an ancient Egyptian tomb, and it was still good??) so you never know. Somebody should do a study on it.

its good to mix honey when you are making a home made mask. But i really dont no if it can lighten ur skin.....

no ! if you mean lighten the pigmentation, for this you need to get a dermie prescribe some lightening (AHA) cream which takes at least a year or 2 before you see much result. Go for IPL (laser) treatments, faster result but more expensive.
