I would tell him he looks like a cartoon character from the anime Naruto , should start watching it and I will ask him to marry me
and I wouldn't care if he was my cousin is not like were blood so he can marry me

Well, if he were my cousin, I probably wouldnt WANT to marry/make out with him, but I would definately try to get him to dress like Itachi and let me take pictures. And if he wasnt my cousin, but just some guy I happened to meet, I would try to hook up with him. I am not that easy, but come on! Itachi!!

i will ask him if he knows who Uchiha itachi is..and if he says yes. I will buy a costume for him so i can take him to the cosplay event in Japan then i can win big prize with him muhahaha
