hey, I am 13 and thinking about getting my belly button pierced! Doesn it hurt????

it does a bit....but it goes by really fast. it's more like pinching. bring a friend and have her distract you

It hurts when they do it, way worse than ear piercing but the worst is definetely afterwards. Expect to be sore and sensitive to anything touching your stomach, even lying down hurts. make sure you wash it with whatever solution they give you to avoid infection and you should be fine. After all, it'll look cute in the end!!

It hurts a lot.Plus the infections are something so common after piercing on that area.
Try those fake piercing and give yourself more time.Maybe you'll realize that you're cool even without such thing on your belly :)

My pals have their abdomen button pierced, they say it doesn't damage once you somewhat get it pierced, yet hurts after this is pierced. yet i'm confident an eyebrow wax ought to damage way more advantageous then a piercing.

i got mine pierced when i was just turning 15,and i didn't really think it hurt bad. I said 'ouch' out loud,but it was kind of one of those unenthusiastic ouches. People have different tollerances for pain tho. It really wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. And i like it a lot to this day and i'm 21.

it's gonna look skanky as hell if you don't get it done tastefully. get a small silver or gold or fake-diamond stud, not some nasty-*** claire's accessories rhinestone tackiness. it doesn't hurt that bad, my friend and i were going to get it done and her sister told me it's not awful, but it hurts. i mean it hurts a little, relatively. but disinfect it (i'm assuming you don't have your parents' permission since not a lot of parents would let their 13 year old kid get a belly ring, but maybe yours are different) because you don't wanna have to end up going to the doctor.

yes it hurts but only for a couple of minutes. just wait until your at least 16. when you do get it done be cautious with what you where so that it doesn't get caught on your clothes that really hurts

Getting it done feels like someone pinching your navel. After it is completely healed, you forget it is there....unless you catch it on something. I've had mine for almost 6 years now, & I'll forget I even have it until I decide to change my jewelry.

i dont got mine pierced but im pretty sure it will hurt. i think you should wait til your like 16 or older though. but thats just my opinion. =)
