That's a unibody frame. It is possible that there is some serious damage to the frame structure! It is possible that the upper strut mount area has been bent. It really needs to be diagnosed by a body shop that has experience in frame repair. Any damage to the frame can be pulled by a body shop with a frame machine.

Depending on the type of vehicle you have, you may have bent the tie rods, cv axle, etc. I've worked in automtive parts for 17 years and generally these items are fairly inexpensive to replace. I don't know of any way to straighten a bent wheel but it may not be. The best suggestion is to take the wheel off and see where the damage is.

No it can't be bent back. You bent something that needs to be replaced. Without knowing what kind of card it's hard to say what could be bent but usually this kind of problem is in the $200 dollar range. If it's front wheel drive it's probably more.

NO, you absolutely cannot bend it back. Without seeing the car, no one can say for sure what parts will need to be replaced. An experienced mechanic can make an educated guess, but they must actually see the car to be sure. Until the actual damage is know, an accurate estimate is not possible. That said, I will defer to those that actually know what they are talking about regarding actual costs.

You bent the RIM and possibly the HUB or HUB assembly if you have a FWD car.

Go to a " U Pull It " salvage yard and buy a replacement wheel rim. If the car still drives funny, then you have to have a suspension person look at it.

That will cost $$$ to fix and re-align.

No you have to replace it and the price I'm not sure because you did not give the year or the make and model of the car.

No, I would'nt suggest bending it back ! That will only weaken the metal ! It needs to be replaced. Cost can vary by the $100's....What kind of car it is...New or used parts...
