As I get older with older family
Christmas is very painful .. realizing any one of them might not be here next Christmas
last year was painful to watch my folks getting old, frail

i love the look on childrens faces,the way people seem to be more caring and compassionate. i really love snow around this time of year for the kids.don't forget the family gatherings;the crazy last minute shopping.the Rockefeller Xmas tree. the way homes are done up with lights.the ice skating and sliding. snow ball fights. Christmas dinner with family and friends.i love it all

I used to love the holiday time. However, for the last 8 years, we have had one death after another along with many unemployment situations within my immediate family unit. Even though my son in law just passed on within the last month, we are trying to bring some happiness to this years celebration, but overall, I look forward to summer more.

i love the christmas season...you get to spend lots of time with your loved ones that you usually don't during the other times

I don't like the weather because I'm more of a summer/spring type of person but I love the holidays. Nothing better than the family gatherings, giving/receiving gifts, and just being with everyone you care about.

I love Christmas. It's sparkle time. Families get together and the laughter is contagious. However, too much of the good food, is the only downfall.

i love it the best part is seeing my kids when you put up the tree and the lights outside their faces glow and when you drive down the road at night and they see someones house lit up and they get excited it is wonderful and seeing them open the stuff snata brought to me x mas is all about the kids it is a wonderful thing to see hope you like that
