A lot of people will intentionally wait until feedback is received from the person that bought the item leaves feedback, a lot of it is due to integrity though because even if you ship an item and you receive feedback stating that the person didn't receive the item you can then write a rebuttal to their feedback because feedback cannot be changed once it is left. I for one personally leave feedback once the money is received because I like to let the person know that their products are on the way and if I buy something I leave feedback the day I receive the item. I have received negative feedback and since I already left feedback I could not leave a negative feedback in return, but you can "reply" to the feedback left. Does that make sense? I hope that answers your question.

B/C if u give them a crappy one they will too. So there just waiting to see what u write before they write u a nice one. Some people are rude and cruel even if u did an A+ job and deserve a great feedback but the other side did not and u write a true negative statement they will write a false negative one b/c unfortunately people can be unfair, cruel, and just plain mean.
