know that song i want or love candy was ment to say i want or love sex i just found this out and when i was a kid i use to sing that out loud. is it wrong that they make musice that become so populer by later you find out its that its not what you thought it was will you were singing it

I used to sing along to Cindy Lauper's "She Bop" and I just found out last year that it's about masturbation. I had no idea, but luckily neither did my mom or she might have taken my favorite tape away!
