THC is fat-soluble, meaning it's going to stick around in your system for a while.
The methods listed above are dangerous. They may or may not work, but I can tell you that they will severely upset your electrolyte balance by diluting them to the point of inefficiency.
You could start shaking, have arrhythmias, or pass out. Going to the bathroom frequently is the least of your worries. DO NOT TRY the methods above, and stop doing drugs.

The best thing to do is stop doing the drugs and you will not have to worry about a chemical to help you pass a drug test.

There are also drinks which make you urinate, but they can come up in tests too. If you're tested for a detox drink the results might come back as inconclusive and you'll have to be retested.
You could try having a friend pee in a bladder for you.

depends on when it is. because my uncle did it. he drak like 8 gallonds of water in one day. he passed it but he had 2 go to the bath room everyty 5 min \o/

I've herd that you can drink viniger and salt a 8 oz glass and you be clean in one day and you can use cranberry juice and it'll take a few days.
