It means that even though people who don't know you think you're another person among others in the world, and that you aren't significant, you may be the key to happiness in one person who will love you even if there are so many people in the world. Its a sweet quote ^^

In general, every person is just like any other person, one more in the world. However, when we consider specifics, such as individuality, relationship, emotions, etc., you may be unique. For instance, to your parents you are "their world", or to a friend, or a child, or to any special person you may be truly "the world." This phrase is speaking of love. not necessarily romantic. The would may see you as one person, a thief, a liar, an artist, a comdian. But there may be one person you sees you as the world, the all, the light, the sky, as essential as the air they breath.
