LOL, I think most big-name bands are sell-outs, no matter what they say. You kind of have to be to be signed by a major label. So what if they "sold out?" Their music is still decent.

because their band started mixing punk with grunge in the early 90s... by 2000 they started playing more popish songs... now they want to be Emo... they were respected with their earlier work.. Dookie as an example..

i used to like Green Day.. IN 6TH GRADE!!!
I really like Red Jumpsuit Apparatus but there are serious sell outs.
They made their album full of screaming [and all that yummy stuff] and they made new album without the screaming so they would sell more albums!!
Why can't people just be themselves not care what everyone else thinks and have people like them for who they are?!?!!?
i hate it!!! gosh....

Be you damn self and not let people make you into what they like or make yourself into what people like!!

because anytime people make lots of money for being talented people automatically assume they're sell outs cuz they said yes to more money. if they didnt make it big would you say they're not sell outs?
