You log on and put in your request but nothing happens.Did they close down or something?

The new Mapquest is terrible so I was still using “classic mapquest” but now it’s not working. It can’t find any of the simplest directions from towns only 10 miles apart. Must be a way to force people to use the new Mapquest. Haven’t they heard “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”???

Same thing is happening for me. Nothing but a white screen. Three different browsers, same thing. No matter what settings or apps.
SO disappointing.
Those of you who can still access it and Sandra Dee-- there is no "to" or "from". For those of us having this issue, there is literally nothing but a white screen. And again, no matter what browser, settings, add-ons, apps, etc., nothing works.

and it worked fine.
Are you scrolling down to the TO and FROM information?
And then are you scrolling down further to see if there is an error message about your info input?

They changed it and know I HATE IT!!! I am done with them.
