having problem starting after droped(barely and softly)
I DID
--take out spark plug and cleaned it...(left was little wet)
--kicked it few times while plug was out.
--put it back in
--while turned off and no chock, kicked it again.
--turn ON and chock a little and kicked it.
it sounded like it was going to start a little but after about 10 kicks, it went to nothing...
again...this used to start right away.
i barely droped it(and had a sissy bar) and started again.
but after i came back from chow, it would NOT start
help!!

thanks

sounds like when the bike went over the carb floats have stuck, give the carbs a tap and try again ... worst case take the float bowls off and clean out.

alternative possibility, if the bike has points rather than electronic ignition they might just need gapped.

take plug out and re-attach it to ht lead then kick over to see if you are getting a spark, could be coils or suppressor cap at fault as well

Kind of hard to say not knowing the make or model. if it is an older japanese motorcycle it no doubt is the CDI ignition box.

If you keep kicking it with the ignition off, you will flood it and have to start from the beginning...........again.

You may have to replace your battery and replace the plug. Dropping the
bike could damage the battery.
