Well, you have to go by HOW much older. If he's wayyyy older, like you're 13 and he's 25...then you might wanna just keep him as a fantasy.
But if he's just a couple years older than you, just treat him like any other guy. Start a conversation, show him how mature you are, etc. Just show him you're fun and have a great personality. Guys dig that. Well, the worthwhile ones, anyway.

Have you tried starting a conversation with him? Look the best that you can, if you decide to do this, without looking like something off of a beauty magazine cover--if you go "over the top" in dress when you see him, if he asks you out, you don't have much "lead way" to look prettier.

How old? Try talking to him ina casual way. First, since he is older make it sound as if you are just filling your knowledge. As him about politics, what he think of this and that.
