Depends on what you mean by "those cats"

If 15 cats meet 3 cats each, that is an additional 45 cats.

15 cats + 45 cats = 60 cats.

And if "those" 60 cats meet 25 cats, you'll have 85 cats to go for curry.

each of 15 meets 3 for 3*15=45 more. 15+45=60 total. All those (60) cats meet 25 cats. 60+25=85 cats total.
