My husband and I have been married 18 years and have 3 teenagers in the house. All the bedrooms are pretty close together so noise can be heard from room to room. The hubby and I have been having a difficult time being intimate without anyone hearing or getting interupted. We've tried mornings and nights while everyone's asleep with no luck.
Besides going to a hotel can anyone give me any suggestions?

give the kids some money and tell them to go the the mall or go to the movies for a while!! or tell them to go stay at a friends house for the night

I have a married Son and two married daughters. I have suggested this and caught by surprised as I found out, three other couples we know do it. They all go to places like "Days inn" places with pools and saunas and relax for the week-end and take time off.
It not only works but, brings people actually closer together.

Intimacy can be done without being sexual!! Don't plan it just be spontaneous!! Trust me with two little ones in the house my husband and I make time to be intimate. I am sure you can being the noise down a notch or two and the kids would sleep right through it....try playing music..

If they're teens, kick them all out of the house and have them go spend the night at friend's places. A good thing for parents to do is make friends with their children's friends. Then you can plan nights when you have a sleep over at your place so all the other parent's can have their "alone" time. Everyone takes turns, everyone gets to have fun.

Set time out for your activities and send the children away. Send them away.
Do some things on the floor. It cannot be that noisy.
What about when they are gone to school? Is it possible to get some time then?
What about meeting at some weird places? Try find some time when the children cannot see you.
Finally, tell the children the truth about the situation and ask them for their understanding. You would be surprised about the result.

Well seein how i'm a teenager tell ur kids to beat it. They have freinds they could stay with set up a nigh for jus you and him plan it and tell ur kids that they need to be gone for a day or weekend. Even though they'kll be grossed out they'll understand(LOL) and actually like the fact that their parents are still very much in love trust me!!!

Soundproof your bedroom. Just have insulation sprayed in the walls and your problem is solved.

oh my yes! how about in the car on a long ride ... a dress with no pantys oh my men love it, let him s you legs and say your not wearing any...way hot to give him a little in the car...................
