Looking at a old rd125 Haynes manual
I know it is not ideal, but it might give you a clue!
Orange to the coil, (all models)
Black/Red to the generator
Black/White to the ignition switch, switch to Black (earth)
Black to generator, (earth)
Try the biker forums, do a search.

hi, i'm fortunate adequate to have owned the 250 lc and rg250 gamma mk 3, the suzuki replaced into continually somewhat fragile both engine and coping with even with the actual incontrovertible reality that i continually knew the position the sting replaced into, extra quick than the yamaha because of weight and extra reliable at intense velocity, the yam continually felt somewhat extra rounded which ability i ought to throw it round with extra self belief yet some significant intense velocity wobbles looked after out by inner fork spacers, universal the gamma i imagine is extra knife part thrill the lc has higher bike sense, more effective to start with. I also owned the rgv 250n or maybe with the actual incontrovertible reality that i killed it before accomplishing 30k it replaced into truly the purely right bike I somewhat have ever thrashed in two decades of using. any way out of both i'd revisit the rd, good luck
