running code 2 short lights and 4 long lights which is the (secondary voltage fuse is open) please help!!!!!!

What Obsean said, except if the new fuse you put in blows , remove the wires from all the terminals except the "R" "W" and "C" to see if you can get the heat on,, usually when the fuse blows there is a short somewhere in the low voltage wiring,, the "R" is 24 volts
The "W" is for the heat and the "C" is the common side for the 24 volts... the ones you remove are the "G" for the blower and "Y" which is for the A/C,,,, try to isolate each and see what blows the fuse,,,You will always have the R hooked up while testing,, Good Luck

There should be a 3 to 5 amp automotive type blade fuse on the circuit board. Pull it off and replace it with the same and see what happens.

Have a HVAC company service your furnace. You most likely need a new igniter. A Carrier dealer can also answer your question. give him/her the make, model, and serial number of the unit.
