You have to go to your itunes library and delete it from there then once you plug your ipod into the computer it will delete from there.

uncheck the song in itunes then when you plug in your ipod it will remove it. You can delete the song from itunes but then it is gone forever so it is best to just uncheck it.

than simply plug in your ipod

You have to take it off iTunes or uncheck it. Then reload it.
