Why would we need them unless well yes if guantanimo( sp?) bay is your idea of a concentration camp.
However I believe that it inexcusable and terribly dishonoring to those who have been in a true conentratin camp in germany et all to equate the conditions and "challenges" faced by the isalmist extremist in our custody who have sworn to kill evey american.
Just check out the country club lifestyle they enjoy which is better thatn anything they ever experainced in their 3rd world countries.
Providing full buffets where the avg detaniee can eat up to 4200 caloreis a day and they are getting fat from all the food they are fees, worship prvialeges, excercise rooms and gyms for physical fun, A/C and psycological counsling services, better health care and dental care than the average american has etc.
So yes I am sure that if you are interested in BS then they ar building "concentration camps" .. but then again I would hate for facts to spoil anyone from getting a good hard on frrom hating Bush .

No. However, there are temporary holding facilities established in case a natural disaster like Hurricane Katrina (or terrorist strike) requires evacuation of penitentiaries. Those holding facilities are to be used while redistributing dangerous convicts to other facilities.
