An autopsy revealed that Guerrero died as a result of acute heart failure, caused by undiagnosed arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease and enlargement of the heart as a result of prior anabolic steroid abuse. Although Guerrero had not taken alcohol or illicit drugs for nearly four years, his past excesses contributed to his heart failure. On November 13, 2005, Guerrero was found dead in his hotel room in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the Marriott City Center Hotel by his nephew, Chavo. He was 38 years old. Several hours later, WWE.com released the following announcement:

The intial autopsy report following Eddie Guerrero's death in Minneapolis have indicated that hedied of heart disease. It was heart failure. It was from his past -- the drinking and the drug abuse. They found signs of heart disease. It was said that the blood vessels were very worn and narrow, and that just showed all the abuse from the scheduling of work and his past. It made his heart grow bigger and work harder and the vessels were getting smaller and that's what caused the heart failure. He went into a deep sleep.

Dude this isn't humorous. Eddie died by way of his previous heart situations in previous due 05 and Chris Benoit commited a terrible crime. His clinical specialist gave him unlawful steroids accurate after Benoit exceeded a wellbeing coverage and Benoit commited roid rage and killed his son and spouse then hung himself over Vengeance 07 weekend.
