This is what they call a "plug and chug".

F(C) = 9/5C + 32

For example:

F(-10) = 9/5(-10) + 32 = 9(-2) + 32 = -18 + 32 = 14
F(0) = 9/5(0) + 32 = 32

You do the other two.
